With over 20 years of experience in administration -  including 10 years as a high-level Executive Assistant - I’ve supported leaders across a range of industries including local government, justice sector, travel, electricity distribution, FMCG, and the commercial and residential painting industry.

Over the years, I’ve learned that calm, organised support isn’t just valuable - it’s essential for helping busy leaders stay focused, efficient, and in control. That understanding inspired me to create VibeVA: a virtual assistant service that provides trusted, high-quality executive support without the overhead of a full-time hire.

I bring a proactive, down-to-earth approach to every client relationship, offering tailored help with calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, project support, process improvement, and general administration. My goal is to lighten your load, simplify your days, and give you back the time and headspace to focus on what truly matters.

When I’m not keeping clients organised, you’ll find me exploring outdoors with my 7-year-old son, tending to my garden, hiking local trails, or enjoying live music gigs. I believe that balance, good energy, and a personal touch make all the difference - in both work and life.
